Thanks for that Moeke. Save me some spoons Yeah I'm working on coming back on more often, perhaps in the next couple of weeks (after the DSP assessment thing this week and then the MRI next week). Been taking it nice and easy and fart arsing around a fair bit , saving my spoons and stuff There's some things I want to do with the forum so I'm going to be concentrating on that too. Let you know soon.

guys! I just thought I'd tell you what's happening. I was chatting online with Tom the other day and I noticed that my eyes didn't like it. They get worse after a period of time and then sore and it starts again. Also lots of migraines and a bit of nausea. I think the ME is affecting the eye muscles also I've just been sicker in the last couple of months anyway... So basically I've gone backwards healthwise. Which still means that I'm not going to be a very active participant so it's up to you guys to keep this forum busy if you want it that way. I'll still pop in when I can and add/fix things. Once again any major problems just pm me for now.

Yes it's hard when they want you to go to work and you can't do it at all. This December the 20th there will be another case with the UWV who still think that I can work for 40 hours a week. Right now I have to apply for jobs once a week. While no one wants to have me, since I'm 48 and I don't have a lot of experience. This lawsuit stuff has been going on since 2001 and it makes me so tired when I think of it.
A few weeks ago a woman called me on the telephone and she finished the conversation, thinking that I'm going to call the WW for my reintegration. They are just so stubborn...

Thanks Argy 40 hours a week Eleanor? I love it how they think they know how much you can do when they have no idea. It's enough to drive you

Hey guys, just thought I'd let you all know that I finally got to go see the neurologist about the MRI results. Don't have MS which I wasn't surprised about but it's still nice to find that out. Also had nerve testing done (part of the diabetes) and my nerves are fine and dandy! The neurologist is also a champion and thinks I do have ME and understands it better then any other doctor/specialist I have come across so far. I've also been in bed a lot this week so I'm a bit slow atm but it's ok because it's not busy busy rush rush in here is it?

Good to hear Bonnie, I've been laying a little lower lately too (notice the alliteration? heehee). Good to hear you don't have MS, that's a relief, still wouldn't it be nice if M.E. showed up on some tests at least? It drives me wacky....Only thing I get in mild neutropenia when I'm down. Anyways, rest up!

My cousin was just married this past year and his wife was diagnosed with it about 2 months ago... Sucks. And no. It's not busy, busy, rush, rush, here. Thank God/s/ess!! Take care and polish the precious spoons!

Thanks guys Sorry to hear about your cousin's wife ArgyrosfeniX. That's terrible You know it's a terrible illness when even your doctor makes a pained face. I told her yesterday that I had been checked out for MS and she had a really worried look on her face which of course turned into a nice and relieved one. I really would rather ME then MS and yeah I'd like it to show up on paper. It's annoying being nice and normal on paper when you're not.

Just thought I'd keep you guys in the loop. I haven't been able to eat. Something is wrong with my throat (yet again) and this time I went to the doctor but it wasn't my usual GP and she wasn't any help at all. Actually she didn't even seem like she was interested or even listening to me or concerned at all. Which completely miffs me because I'm a diabetic who can't eat! I've so been wanting to use that one So I got some sustagen and luckily I can swallow that and it doesn't upset me too much. I'm sorry guys I don't have more energy. I wish I did so I could put more into this forum and be here for everyone more. I feel like such a slack arse but I'm trying to work on my high expectations of myself... Anyways, worst case scenario is ending up in hospital with a tube up my nose (which I'm trying desperately to avoid) so if that happens I'm thinking of asking someone to help out around here. Just to pop in at least once a week and make sure everything is in working order, accept new members and to help if anyone needs it.... Any volunteers?

Look after yourself Bon. I wish I could help out with the admin stuff but i'm so computer illiterate (and I spend so many hours on the computer at work I'm trying not to use it much at home). I'd probably be more help with the food stuff. If there's anything i can help with there let me know.

Wow, Bonnie, not being able to eat sounds serious, I hope your throat is better soon - that's aweful. I'm willing to help too. I'm not super literate, but I can come by every day or two and check if there's new members or something....just let me know P.M. me and also feel better soon.

omg thanks guys! I was just putting that out there not expecting anyone to take me seriously. That would be awesome if you guys really want to help out. I doubt you'd be doing much but it'd help... I'll see if I can pm you both
Thank you for all the well wishes too. I'm doing alright. Keep trying to eat solids because I'm stubborn. So far I've been able to eat a little bit of breakfast every few days and some potato too.. Going to try some soup later on. Anyway I've got my doctors appointment on wednesday so we'll see how that goes. I'm more worried about getting there and back then anything else at the moment.
