I reckon being sick is one of the times when you get to watch the most movies and because of that I thought I'd start this thread...
So what movies have you seen lately?
I watched Borat the other day and it was funny but not as funny as I thought it would be. I think maybe it had been hyped up too much. There was the usual offensive scenes which no Sacha Baron Cohen movie would go without of course! Still a cack to see though just if you watch it don't watch it with high expectations...

I've been going a bit movie nuts lately... I watched; War of the Worlds (the original 1952 film) which was really good even though you could see the strings and the aliens were funny. Once Upon A Time In China - A bit too long but great fight scenes Princess Blade - meh Se7en - One of my favourites... I it Secret Window - that one too. Want to read the story now (originally by Stephen King as Secret Window, Secret Garden) Blade Runner - really boring I want to see 28 weeks later (even though it will give me nightmares)...

Hehe... That's alright I started counting down the days till a certain game out a year and a half before it was released I wouldn't mind seeing Pirates 3. Not because I'm interested in the movie but because I just want to see Johnny Depp run around dressed as a pirate! ;D

;D I just want to see it because it has ships in it, the fact that Johnny Depp is in it doesn't entice me at all ;D

Movies i've seen recently: Pirates 3 - I loved it, but i'm disappointed the trilogy is finished now Night at the museum - I thought it was good too. Good for when you're in a relaxed mood or feel like watching something different. Shrek the third - Pretty short, not as funny as the second one but still worth watching.

I really enjoyed Night at the Museum which I was suprised by. I want the T Rex I've been getting more into foreign films lately (I've always been into em but I've just been watching more) Noi Albinoi (Noi The Albino) - Was fantastic I thought and is my new favourtie film. Head-On (not the Aussie one but the German one) was pretty good too. I just completely forgot what else I watched...

On Monday night, Gail and I went to the local drive-in theater. The line-up was 1) Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer; 2) Ocean's 13; 3) 300. We, of course went to see 300 (for the 4th time), but Gail got too tired by the end of Ocean's 13 (1:30am) so we went home. Gail was sooooooo tired for work the next day. It was fun though... Eating sushi and watching movies from the comfort of leather seating.

I love Drive Ins too. I've been once and only once We had to drive up woop woop to get there too (I think about 3 hours), but it was worth it because it was such a fantastic night! Oh and I saw The Last King of Scotland & Pan's Labyrinth on the weekend. Awesome movies! Pan's Labyrinth I was very surprised by because I thought it would be a childrens fantasy movie but it was very much an adult film and hardly fantasy at all.

Saw "Must Love Dogs" last night while at work. Diane looks just like my wife! It was fun thinking about her the whole time I watched the movie. Funny realization, that. Finding out that your significant other looks almost exactly like a movie star. Oh well.... Hey! Speaking of which. Did I tell you guys that my wife was once ogled by Prince?
