Just thought I'd let you guys know that if you don't see me around for the rest of the week and early next week there's a good reason why... I had visitors on the weekend just gone which I'm still buggered from (it might be that and stress too but that's another story) and then I'm having visitors again this weekend. I will admit that I'm far from looking forward to it mainly because this week all I've wanted to do is pass out and the is really stuffing me up (haven't been able to go online much, check emails, messages and all that jazz) and that's after a weekend with people I'm used to and don't have to talk to for hours... So anyway, I'll do my best to check in to make sure everything is fine but if anyone wants to keep an eye on anything pm me (you won't have to do much, just make sure no one has any problems and answer any questions if you can). Blessings

Aw Bonnie.... Wish I could send you a few extra spoons to help you through this. Friends and family are nice, but bugger it all, they sometimes come at a steep price. That's one of the good reasons why I value this board so much. We're all friends with the same thing and we communicate as we're able. And one more for you Bon... ** edited to change brainfog spelling.

Awww thanks guys Aren't you all gorgeous. I'm getting there. It was pretty much just stress and exhaustion making the brainfog worse I'm sure but most of the stress is out of the way though so it's a bit better now. Anyways I'll try catching up on stuff a bit later, I seem to be running out of time I swear I have less time on my hands now then I did before

Try the silverware drawer, the dishwasher or the sink... They might be dirty, but that wouldn't be a problem, would it? Wish I could send you some spoons in the mail Bons... Take care and think economy of motion like the Xiolin Monks.

;D I think if mum came home and found no spoons in the kitchen she might think one of us has cracked it... That's an idea for a laugh but she'll probably read this.
Explain economy of motion. I think I know what it is but I'm not sure.

The idea of "Economy of Motion" revolves around thinking about what you are going to do before moving and then accomplishing as much as possible with as little movement as possible.
Similar to going shopping in the mall and figuring out which stores are closest to each other and trying to get to each one with as little walking as possible.

Well obviously I don't have them. I think someone is trying to frame me And that's what that's called ArgyrosfeniX! Yay now I can put a name to it I'm getting better with the spoon situation now. In fact two day in a row I've been able to do a full session of yoga (half an hour) with only being a lil buggered for a little while and no suffering

YAY!! Good to hear you're doing so well Bonnie!
I've just recently been thinking that CFSers are like Low-Rider cars. We move slow, we have our ups and downs (theirs are hydraulic...), and everybody stares at us because we're different. Of course, on the other side -> We're flashy, artistic and have got one one hell of a presence! Viva la CFSer!!

;D Jeez we sound so good! What is one of those low rider cars anyway? They are those flashy cars that you see in the movies that can adjust their shock absorbers (they are hydraulic). Often you'll see them driving slow and are set so low to the ground that they almost scrape it -> hence "low riders". They can also be made to "bounce" so that they actually catch air without moving. If you need more, I can try and find a youtube with them or something...
