Hi all.
I'm not one who likes rules or people telling me what to do so rather then calling "rules" just that I'm going to be calling them "guidelines".
All forums have guidelines. Of course there are the ones I agree to when creating the forum but there are also the forum ones to help keep the place a civilised fun, friendly and welcoming environment.
Lets face it, we're all here to either have fun, partake in interesting discussions, meet new people, get ideas etc so in order to do that please take the guidelines into consideration.

Forum Guidelines
Basically use your manners and common sense. If you're old enough to post in a forum you should be old enough to use reason.
Please refrain from;
The warning system is pretty straight forward
1st offence - friendly warning
2nd offence - point deduction and warning bar put into place
3rd offence - temporary suspension (banning) for a certain period (depending on offence & attitude) followed by a probation period when you come back
4th offence - indefinite ban. Out the door, no second thoughts, see you later.
Further Guidelines & Considerations
1. Use the search function before posting (the link is located at the top of the forum). There is a possibility your question or the subject you want to discuss has already been brought up.
2. Use good judgement. It is recommended not to rely on information and opinions exchanged pertaining to your own personal health. Ideas and opinions are great to share and it’s a great idea to receive feedback but please also consult your physician (hopefully they aren’t a nitwit). Remember that what's right or has worked for one person may not be what's right for you.
3. Lend a helping hand. A bit of compassion can go a long way toward helping people with life's challenges and reaching out can help alleviate feelings of loneliness. We're all different, but we're really all the same. At sometime or another, we all need or want help or simply someone with whom we can share our burdens or successes.
4. Use descriptive titles for new posts. Avoid "generic" thread subjects like "Help" or "Question". You will receive a better response to your threads if you are more descriptive about the content
5. Don't be afraid to share. If you're feeling alone or hurting, don't be afraid to share your fears and tears. If you're rejoicing about the results of a recent medical test or treatment, share that too.
