Hey I got this from our Provincial association. There's some good info in the pod casts and definitely not about M.e./cfs being psychiatric.....(and my Dr. is actually speaking there this weekend) "Thanks to sponsorship from the Alison Hunter Memorial Foundation (www.ahmf.org/) both parts I and II of the University of Calgary CFS/ME CME course for physicians are/will be freely available on the U of Calgary Medical School web site. Part I featuring Canadian Consensus co-author and ME researcher Dr. Pierre Flor Henry is now available for viewing. If you know of people who are attending the November 7 - 9th weekend and may wish to view the podcast prior to attending, please pass on these instructions: 1. Go to www.cme.ucalgary.ca2. Click on podcasts (part way down the right column) 3. Click on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis 4. Click, on the arrow in the middle of the presentation you wish to watch 5. If you do not have quicktime player an icon "download plug-in" will popup 6. Follow the link and install either Quicktime or Quicktime with i-tunes (both will work) 7. This involves first downloading the program and then going to your desk top and clicking on the setup icon which will have appeared. It will take some seconds to setup. 8. Close out of the CME website, then go back in. Make sure you have your speakers turned on. Click on the presentation of interest and voila."

I'm going to be putting this on our blog so others can find it too, if that's ok?
