A role for the body burden of aluminium in vaccine-associated macrophagic myofasciitis and chronic fatigue syndrome. SourceJournal: Med Hypotheses. 2008 Nov 10. [Epub ahead of print] Authors: Exley C, Swarbrick L, Gherardi RK, Authier FJ. Affiliation: Birchall Centre for Inorganic Chemistry and Materials Science, Lennard-Jones Laboratories, Keele University, Staffordshire ST5 5BG, UK. NLM Citation: PMID: 19004564 Macrophagic myofasciitis and chronic fatigue syndrome are severely disabling conditions which may be caused by adverse reactions to aluminium-containing adjuvants in vaccines. While a little is known of disease aetiology both conditions are characterised by an aberrant immune response, have a number of prominent symptoms in common and are coincident in many individuals. Herein, we have described a case of vaccine-associated chronic fatigue syndrome and macrophagic myofasciitis in an individual demonstrating aluminium overload. This is the first report linking the latter with either of these two conditions and the possibility is considered that the coincident aluminium overload contributed significantly to the severity of these conditions in this individual. This case has highlighted potential dangers associated with aluminium-containing adjuvants and we have elucidated a possible mechanism whereby vaccination involving aluminium-containing adjuvants could trigger the cascade of immunological events which are associated with autoimmune conditions including chronic fatigue syndrome and macrophagic myofasciitis.

Good Afternoon, Bonbon. I copied the article (re/aluminum) to give to my doctor, however was unable to find the part about the details of the specific case mentioned as "herein described". The link only just contained the first page, I think. - - - Just wanted to add, that it has been believed for years that aluminum in the brain could be at least a partial cause of Altzheimers. Scary stuff. We need the vaccines to keep us well, but the ingredients in them do us harm. I have a few friends whose children came down with Autism after receiving vaccinations. Also a few years ago one of my son's godchildren, Devin, died suddenly during his nap at age 2 from a violent seizure right after being given too many vaccinations at one time. (Five on them, including the Hepatitis one.) During his visitation at the funeral home, whatever agency is over Shots For Tots had the nerve to air public service announcements on all 3 main local channels urging parents to get their children vaccinated, stating that the benefits far outweighed the risks, and not to listen to any horror stories they might hear. We don't use "buggered" here in Louisiana, but I think that's a pretty good word. - - - - - -Susana

Huh, they don't have it Sometimes they do that, I think it could have something to do with not being able to post the details/article or perhaps it's not about an article or hasn't been made into an article. I'm not sure. And it was only one page. That was the whole article. I don't know if it's the original article because they don't always put a source link but they don't do more then one page on there when it comes to research and news. That's terrible about the Autism and the child dying. You can't really trust these things that are meant to be helping you, it's hard to decide what to trust sometimes. Very scary indeed. Note: I've also updated the post so you can read it on here now instead of going to the website

No worries, I try my best. Luckily I now follow one website that collects research and articles from all over the world so I don't have to waste spoons looking all over the place! And no I haven't been able to unfortunately personal things going on and a bigger lack of spoons lately so I tend to leave my emails when that happens till I have enough spoons again. As soon as I'm up to it I'll check it out and get back to you
