Thanks, Upnorth, for posting this. Am sure it probably has a lot to do with why I can't take the wonderful supplements without my whole digestive & immune system coming unglued. So frustrating that there's so much we don't know & understand... Then the more pieces to the puzzle that are found, the more dizzying questions are raised. And my poor old tired brain can't even deal with the "WHY" questions my husband asks incessantly..."Why did you close the door?" "Why don't you want any fruit right now, and yet you were eating some this morning?" "Why are you sleeping on your back more than you used to?" "Why are you breathing like that?" "Why haven't you called your mother today?" "Why are you wearing that red shirt?" I swear, sometimes I think he's three years old!!! I'm glad he's INTERESTED at least, but coming up with a REASON for EVERYTHING, particularly one he'll accept & understand & not ask anymore questions, is EXHAUSTING!

Thank you very much for sharing that Upnorth! I'll read it thoroughly as soon as I have the energy but I skimmed it and it seems very interesting.
I might share it around (on the blog and facebook).
